2 slices shokupan bread (Roti tawar atau Shokupan @2 cm)
FillingÂ
Mozarella cheese
25g unsalted butter (mentega tawar)
25g (2 tbsp) brown sugar
10g (1.5 tsp) honey (madu)
a pinch of salt (garam)
Optional Topping
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Fresh blueberry

INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the crusts from the bread or shokupan, then cut into square pieces.
Place mozzarella cheese between the bread slices. Adjust the amount of cheese to your preference.
For the spread, combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread a thin layer evenly over all sides of the bread.
Bake at 180°C for about 8 minutes. Flip the toast and bake again for another 8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
This toast tastes even better served with vanilla ice cream

Potong bagian pinggir roti tawar atau shokupan, lalu potong berbentuk kotak.
Sisipkan mozzarella cheese di antara dua potong roti. Jumlah cheese bisa disesuaikan dengan selera.
Untuk spread, campurkan semua bahan lalu aduk hingga rata. Oleskan tipis secara merata ke seluruh permukaan roti.
Panggang dalam oven suhu 180°C selama sekitar 8 menit. Balik roti, lalu panggang kembali sekitar 8 menit hingga golden brown dan crispy.
