70g (4 pcs) champignon mushroom , slices (jamur champignon - iris)
1/2 tsp black paper (lada)
1/2 tsp mushroom seasoning (kaldu jamur)
Salt, to taste (garam secukupnya)
Custard Cream
3 eggs (telur)
250 ml milk or cooking cream (susu/cooking crem)
1/4 tsp salt (garam)
1/4 tsp black pepper (lada hitam)
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp nutmeg (pala bubuk)
Topping
Mozarella cheese
Cherry tomatoes - for decoration (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Filling: Heat a small amount of oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion until fragrant and slightly translucent. Add the ground beef and mushrooms, then cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, black pepper, mushroom seasoning, and salt to taste. Stir well and cook until all ingredients are fully cooked. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Custard Cream:Â In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs. Add the milk or cooking cream, salt, black pepper, oregano, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
Assembling the Quiche: Place one tortilla in a 16 cm (6-inch) baking dish or oven-safe pan. Sprinkle a portion of the mozzarella cheese over the tortilla, then cover with a second tortilla. Spread the filling evenly over the base, then pour the custard mixture over the filling. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes, or until the custard is fully set, the cheese has melted, and the top is golden brown.
Serving: Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing to allow the custard to set properly. Serve warm with your favorite sauce or a fresh side salad.

Isian: Panaskan sedikit minyak atau mentega di dalam wajan. Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum dan sedikit transparan. Masukkan daging giling dan jamur, lalu masak hingga daging berubah warna dan matang. Tambahkan bawang merica bubuk, kaldu jamur, dan garam secukupnya. Aduk rata dan masak hingga seluruh bahan matang. Angkat dan sisihkan hingga agak dingin.
Cream Custard:Â Dalam sebuah mangkuk, kocok lepas telur. Tambahkan susu atau cooking cream, garam, merica bubuk, oregano, dan bubuk pala. Aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata.
Menyusun Quiche: Letakkan satu lembar tortilla di dalam loyang atau wadah tahan panas berdiameter sekitar 16 cm. Taburkan sebagian keju mozzarella di atasnya, lalu tutup dengan satu lembar tortilla lagi. Sebarkan isian daging secara merata, kemudian tuangkan campuran custard hingga menutupi isian. Taburi bagian atas dengan sisa keju mozzarella.
Pemanggangan: Panggang dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan pada suhu 180°C selama sekitar 25–30 menit, atau hingga custard set, keju meleleh, dan permukaannya berwarna golden brown.
Penyajian: Keluarkan dari oven dan diamkan selama 5–10 menit sebelum dipotong agar custard lebih set dan tidak mudah hancur saat disajikan. Nikmati selagi hangat dengan saus pilihan atau salad segar.

TIP
If using cooking cream, the quiche will have a richer and creamier texture. If using milk, the texture will be slightly lighter while still remaining soft and delicious.

Jika menggunakan cooking cream, hasil quiche akan lebih creamy dan rich. Jika menggunakan susu cair, teksturnya akan sedikit lebih ringan namun tetap lembut dan lezat.
