INGREDIENT

350 g ground beef (daging cincang)
1 small carrot (±70 g) - finely diced (wortel ukuran kecil)
1 large tomato or 2 small tomatoes (±140 g) - blended until smooth (tomat, blender hingga halus)
1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced (bawang bombay, iris halus)
3 garlic cloves, finely minced (bawang putih, cincang halus)
1 celery stalk, finely sliced (batang daun seledry, iris)
5–6 tbsp tomato sauce (sauce tomat)
1 tsp Italian herbs
50 ml milk (susu cair)
250 ml water (air)
Salt, black pepper, and mushroom seasoning to taste (garam, lada hitam, dan kaldu jamur secukupnya)

INSTRUCTIONS

Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the carrot and celery, then cook until slightly softened.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in the blended tomato and cook until softened and slightly reduced.
Pour in the water, tomato sauce, and Italian herbs. Mix well and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Add the milk and continue cooking for another 10 minutes until the sauce becomes richer and creamier.
Season with salt, black pepper, and mushroom seasoning to taste. Stir well before serving.

Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan wortel dan seledri, lalu masak hingga sedikit layu.
Tambahkan daging sapi giling, lalu aduk hingga daging berubah warna dan matang merata.
Masukkan tomat yang sudah diblender, lalu masak hingga teksturnya lebih lembut dan airnya sedikit menyusut.
Tuangkan air, saus tomat, dan Italian herb. Aduk rata, lalu masak dengan api kecil selama sekitar 20 menit agar bumbu lebih meresap.
Tambahkan susu cair, lalu lanjutkan memasak selama sekitar 10 menit hingga saus menjadi lebih creamy dan rich.
Bumbui dengan garam, lada hitam, dan kaldu jamur sesuai selera. Aduk rata sebelum disajikan.
