INGREDIENT
15 g chocolate jelly powder (Nutrijell chocolate)
7 g plain agar powder (Agar-agar plain)
20 g cocoa powder
150 g granulated sugar (gula pasir)
1/4 tsp salt (garam)
500 ml water (air)
1 liter milk (susu cair)
100 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
Cheese Custard
500 ml milk (susu cair)
80 g granulated sugar (gula pasir)
80 g cheese spread
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cornstarch (tepung maizena)
1/2 tsp salt (garam)
Topping
Chopped chocolate bar - SilverQueen or any preferred brand (Cokelat batang cincang kasar - SilverQueen atau merek lainnya)

INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, combine the agar powder, jelly powder, cocoa powder, salt, sugar, milk, and water. Cook over low to medium heat while stirring continuously until fully dissolved and smooth.
Add the chocolate bar and stir until completely melted and well combined.
Once the mixture begins to boil and bubbles evenly, immediately turn off the heat.
Pour the pudding mixture into a mold or tray, then let it cool and set for several hours.
Once firm, transfer the pudding onto a serving plate or flat surface. Sprinkle chopped chocolate over the top.
Cheese Custard
Combine all custard ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook over low to medium heat while stirring continuously until smooth, creamy, and slightly thickened.
Pour the warm cheese custard over the pudding before serving.

Dalam panci, campurkan agar-agar, Nutrijell, coklat bubuk, garam, gula pasir, susu cair, dan air. Masak dengan api kecil hingga sedang sambil terus diaduk agar semua bahan larut sempurna dan tidak menggumpal.
Masukkan cokelat batang, lalu aduk hingga seluruh cokelat meleleh dan tercampur rata.
Setelah adonan mulai mendidih dan berbuih merata, segera matikan api.
Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang atau cetakan, lalu diamkan hingga set dan dingin selama beberapa jam.
Setelah puding mengeras, pindahkan ke piring saji atau permukaan datar. Taburkan cokelat batang cincang kasar di atas permukaannya.
Vla Keju
Campurkan semua bahan vla ke dalam panci.
Masak dengan api kecil hingga sedang sambil terus diaduk hingga teksturnya halus, creamy, dan sedikit mengental.
Sajikan vla di atas potongan puding saat akan dinikmati.
