INGREDIENT
250 g bread flour (tepung terigu protein tinggi)
3 g instant yeast (ragi instan)
20 g granulated sugar (gula pasir)
20 g brown sugarÂ
180 g mixture of milk  and 1 egg yolk (susu & kuning telur)
1 tbsp cinnamon powder (bubuk kayu manis)
50 g dried cranberriesÂ
20 g chia seeds
30 g unsalted butter (mentega tawar)
1/2 tsp salt (garam)
Filling
200 g cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt (garam)
20 g powdered sugar (gula bubuk)

INSTRUCTIONS
Dough: Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, milk and egg mixture, and cinnamon powder. Knead until well combined. Add the butter, salt, dried cranberries, and chia seeds, then continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in size.
Filling:Â Prepare the filling by mixing the cream cheese, salt, and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy, then transfer to a piping bag.
Shaping: Once the dough has risen, gently deflate it and divide it into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion of dough, fill with the cream cheese mixture, and shape as desired. Let the shaped dough rise again for about 30 minutes or until noticeably puffed. Brush the tops with milk.
Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove the bread from the oven and brush the tops with margarine while still warm to give them a glossy finish and keep them soft.​​​​​​​

Adonan:  Campurkan tepung terigu, ragi, gula, campuran susu dan telur, serta bubuk kayu manis. Uleni hingga tercampur rata. Tambahkan butter, garam, cranberry kering, dan chia seed, lalu uleni hingga adonan kalis dan elastis. Diamkan adonan hingga mengembang sekitar dua kali lipat ukurannya.
Isi:Â Siapkan filling dengan mencampurkan cream cheese, garam, dan gula halus. Kocok hingga halus dan creamy, lalu masukkan ke dalam piping bag.
Pembentukan: Setelah adonan mengembang, kempiskan untuk mengeluarkan udara, lalu bagi menjadi 8 bagian sama besar. Pipihkan setiap adonan, isi dengan cream cheese secukupnya, lalu bentuk sesuai keinginan. Diamkan kembali selama sekitar 30 menit atau hingga adonan mengembang. Olesi permukaan roti dengan susu.
Pemanggangan: Panggang dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan sebelumnya pada suhu 180°C selama 20–30 menit, atau hingga matang dan berwarna keemasan. Setelah roti berwarna golden brown, keluarkan dari oven. Olesi permukaannya dengan margarin agar tampak mengilap dan tetap lembut.
