2 sweet potatoes (ubi madu)

FILLING
100gr cheese spread (keju spread)
1 egg + 1 egg yolk (kuning telur)
100 ml milk (susu)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

4 pieces (⌀ 90 mm)

INSTRUCTIONS


Bake or steam the sweet potatoes, then mash until smooth
Shape the crust, bake at 175°C for ± 10 minutes
Mix & strain filling
Pour into crust, bake again at 175°C for ±30 minutes until golden

Panggang atau kukus ubi hingga lembut, lalu haluskan
Bentuk kulit dari ubi, panggang 175°C ±10 menit
Campur semua bahan isian, saring
Tuang ke kulit, panggang lagi 175°C ±30 menit sampai kecoklatan
