INGREDIENT
90g unsalted butter
50g brown sugar
30g granulated sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
160g all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
125g dark chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir until combined.
Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
Shape the dough into 8 balls. Chill for at least 15–20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Transfer the chilled cookies onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave space between each cookie.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with a little salt. Let the cookies cool before serving.

Campurkan mentega cair, brown sugar, dan gula pasir hingga tercampur rata.
Masukkan telur dan vanilla extract, lalu aduk hingga halus.
Tambahkan tepung terigu, baking soda, dan baking powder. Aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata.
Masukkan potongan dark chocolate, lalu aduk perlahan.
Bagi adonan menjadi 8 bagian dan bentuk bulat. Simpan di chiller selama minimal 15–20 menit.
Panaskan oven pada suhu 180°C.
Susun adonan di atas loyang yang sudah dilapisi baking paper, beri jarak antar cookies.
Panggang selama 15–20 menit hingga bagian pinggir berwarna golden brown.
Keluarkan dari oven dan taburi sedikit garam. Dinginkan sebelum disajikan.
