INGREDIENT

Dough
10 tbsp all-purpose flour (tepung terigu)
1/2 tsp granulated sugar (gula pasir)
2 pinches of salt (garam)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vegetable oil (minyak sayur)
70 ml UHT milkĀ (susu UHT)

Filling
1 sweet potato - ubi madu
1 tbsp butter (mentega) - option
1 tbsp condensed milk (susu kental manis) - option
Mozzarella cheese
SERVING
4 pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all dough ingredients and knead until smooth and no longer sticky. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
For the filling, mash the sweet potato until smooth. Optionally, add butter and condensed milk for a sweeter and softer texture. (I used naturally sweet and soft baked sweet potato, so I skipped the butter and condensed milk.)

Campurkan semua bahan kulit dan ulen adonan hingga tercampur rata dan adonan sudah tidak lengket. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
Untuk isi, hancurkan ubi menjadi halus. Opsional tambahkan mentega dan susu kental manis jika menginginkan rasa ubi lebih manis dan lembut (Saya menggunakan ubi madu yang sudah manis dan lembut, sehingga tidak perlu ditambahkan mentega dan susu kental manis).
