INGREDIENT
250g bread flour (tepung terigu protein tinggi)
3g instant yeast (ragi instan)
20g granulated sugar (gula pasir)
20g brown sugar 
178g mixture of milk  and 1 egg yolk (susu & kuning telur)
1 tbsp cinnamon powder (bubuk kayu manis)
50g dried cranberries 
20g chia seeds
30g unsalted butter (mentega tawar)
1/2 tsp salt (garam)

Filling
200g cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt (garam)
20g powdered sugar (gula bubuk)

SERVING
8 pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

Activate the yeast with milk & sugar
Mix eggs, vanilla, and flour. Knead the dough, add butter, then knead until smooth and elastic
Let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size
Roll out the dough, spread chocolate spread, fold into thirds & cut into 8 pieces
Twist each piece, let rise again for 30 minutes, then brush with milk
Bake at 180°C for ±25–30 minutes
Brush with butter after baking & dust with powdered sugar

Aktifkan ragi dengan susu & gula
Campur telur, vanilla, dan tepung. Uleni, masukkan butter dan uleni kembali hingga kalis
Diamkan 1 jam sampai mengembang
Pipihkan, oles chocolate spread, lipat tiga & potong 8 bagian
Pelintir adonan, diamkan lagi 30 menit. Oles susu
Panggang 180°C selama ±25–30 menit
Oles mentega setelah matang & taburi gula halus
